The Clinical Observation of Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Respiratory Failure

Objective:To further study and compare the differences of clinical efficacy for noninvasive treatment and traditional treatment methods of positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure,so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in practice.Methods:128patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2010to January 2012were chosen as the research object.According to the clinical indexes in patients with different treatment methods after treatment,they were taken for comparison and study.Results:2hours and 7days after different methods for the two group,the respiratory,heart rate,PaO2,PaCO2 and other indexes were compared between groups,the indicators for noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment group were better than the conventional treatment group,and P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the clinical practice for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure,compared with conventional treatment,the effect of using non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment is significant,and it is a reliable choice for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.
