Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Method Total 60 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were selected, and divided into the observation group and the control group. The routine therapy was used to the control group, noninvasive positive pressure ventilation was given to the observation group on the basis of routine therapy. Results Respiratory rate, heart rate, the value of pH,PaO2 and PCO2 after treatment in the observation group compared with those in the control group after treatment, there was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure, and the clinical efficacy is significant.
