Abstract
The effects of some physical and chemical factors,such as temperature,time,pH value,solvent-solid ratio and ethanol,on the extraction of polysaccharide in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat were investigated.According to orthogonal design,the optimum condition for the extraction of polysaccharide were as follows:25∶1 of solvent-solid ratio,95℃,3 h,3 times of ethanol volume for precipitating coarse polysaccharide.The extraction yield of rude polysaccharide was 18.54%.The result showed that the microwave-assisted extraction could obviously increase the extraction effeciency of coarse polysaccharide.
