Abstract
The optimum conditions of enzymatic extraction total flavone from Morifolium Ramat Chrysanthemum were determined by orthogonal test.The results showed that the ratio of material and solvent is 1∶10,enzyme treatment temperature was 45 ℃,pH was 6.2,cellulase dosage was 0.25 g/L,pectase dosage was 0.3 g/L,hydrolysis time was 150 min,extraction time was 60 min,volume of extracting solution was 40 mL.Under the conditions,the extraction rate of total flavone is up to 6.83%.
