Abstract
The polysaccharide contents of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and anthrone-sulfuric acid method in this paper. In order to select a more accurate and convenient determination in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat, the stability, repeatability, recovery rate of the two methods were compared. The result shows that phenol-sulfuric acid method is better than anthrone-sulfuric acid method in the determination of polysaccharide content of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.
