Exploration and Practice in Construction of Independent College Teaching Staff

Abstract

Recently,the key point in the sustainable development of Independent College is to establish an appropriate number of teaching staff with relatively high level of teaching skills and reasonable and stable structure.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in construction of teaching staff of Independent College at present,this article proposes the specific measure and suggestion of this process.
