Abstract

Teaching administratioin plays a very important role in college,which is regarded as an important target and hsted separately in《The Evaluation Plan of Undergraduated Teaching Level in Ordinary Universities》by Education Ministry.This article analyzes some problems of teaching administration among the teaching administrative staff in the college,and initially probes into the suggestion for enhancing the construction of the teaching administrative staff and the countermeasures.
