Existing Condition & Countermeasure of Construction of University Teaching Staff

The construction of university teaching staff is related to the survival and development of an institution and also related to the development of our educational undertaking,society and economy.Presently,in the construction of university teaching staff in China there still are sull problems as the insufficient teacher quantity,the unreasonable age structure,the inefficient management mechanism and the inadequate comprehensive quality.For this,in the future constructing of teaching staff,universities should strengthen the talent introducing,improve the teaching staff structure,enhance the comprehensive quality of teacher through various channels,activate a good circle in the construction of university teaching staff and give full play to the comprehensive results of teacher force to spur the virtuous development of higher education.
