Abstract

Objective: To determine puerarin in Yening granule by HPLC.Methods: Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was used,the acetonitrile-eater-acetic acid(60401)was served as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the determining wavelength was 439 nm.Results: The linearity range was within 0.03832～0.3832 μg(r=0.99986).The average recovery was 99.57%,RSD%=1.09%.Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
