Abstract
Lingqiu county has many mountains but a few area of farmland,the natural condition of agriculture production is very bad.Therefore,the countyside water conservancy foundation construction is the key to quicken the construction pace of new countyside construction.This paper introduces the practice and obtained effect promoted by constructing countyside water conservancy engineerings,by solving water-drinking difficulty,by developing water and soil conservancy works for people’s livelihood,and by carrying out the work method of specially conferring on one matter,summarizes the main experiences and way of doing,so as to be reffered by other farmland water conservancy construction in mountain and hill area.
