Construction of Water Conservancy Projects in Southwest Area in Tang Dynasty

Agriculture in southwest Tang Dynasty developed rapidly,construction of water conservancy project had made significant achievements,not only on the previous system of water conservancy facilities maintenance,and combined with the local characteristics of building new water conservancy engineering,the water conservancy project formed in the Dujiangyan Dam engineering as the core of the irrigation system and led by the government of society to participate in the construction of the characteristic of the pattern.These water conservancy projects undertook irrigation and navigation task,obtained enormous economic benefits,and these reasons were as following: one is to improve the management of water conservancy management system;the other is that the government takes agriculture seriously.For our current construction of irrigation and water conservancy has important enlightenment,first,pay attention to resource tax,regulation of water,development agriculture;second,pay attention to water conservancy construction;third,encourage public participation in water conservancy construction;fourth,perfect water conservancy management mechanism,construction of water conservancy construction system covering the legal laws and regulations,emphasize responsibility,focusing on implementation;finally,water resources engineering construction needs to be integrated into the local ecological environment capacity.
