Abstract
Rural water conservancy installations are the strategy basis and the main ensure..In order to ensure the adjustment of agriculture structure,according to the present situation of Lingqiu's rural water conservancy,this paper presents the opinions to stengthen rural water conservancy construction from four aspects.They are farmland water conservancy construction,eco-environment construction,optimizing water resources allocation and deepening water conservancy reform.
