Abstract
Based on an analysis of the major problems existing in farmland water conservancy construction and management as well as the new conditions of Guangxi,,the author demonstrate countermeasures for accelerating the farmland water conservancy construction of Guangxi,including strengthening organization and leadership,creating social atmosphere,perfecting the system of construction planning,investment,management and organization,promoting reform of irrigation area management and operation system,setting up farmland water conservancy service system.
