Abstract
Objective Explore community nursing intervention to hypertension patients blood pressure and the influence on the quality of life.Methods 80 patients with essential hypertension community were randomly divided into observation and the control group in 40 cases,the observation group give effective nursing intervention,the control group does not offer any community nursing intervention,compared with two sets of patients hypotensive effect and the quality of life.Results The observation group patients and the quality of life of the hypotensive effect were significantly better than control group,two groups of comparisons,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention can effectively reduce the patient′s blood pressure,improve the quality of life of the patients.
