Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of a community-based nursing intervention on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with hypertension. Methods 278 hypertension patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,each group had 139 patients. Patients in control group were given conventional treatment and care,while patients in intervention group were given communitybased nursing intervention. The blood pressure、compliance behavior and quality of life of patients of the two group cases were observed and analyzed. Results The effect of intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Community-based nursing intervention is effective method in hypertension patients.
