Effect in the quality of life of community nursing for the patients with high blood pressure

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of community nursing for hypertension patients quality of life. Methods Retrospectively analyze our community archives which hypertension incidence reached 12.28% (397/3234), carry out the community nursing intervention,and specificly analyze the life quality improvement condition of patients with high blood pressure before and after care. Results After the implementation of community nursing intervention, all the quality of life(physical function, psychological function, social function, etc.) of patients with high blood pressure were better than that of before the intervention (P 0.05);after the intervention, patients with high blood pressure for the understanding of disease had improved significantly(P 0.05). Conclusion Carrying out community nursing intervention can improve the health life quality of patients with high blood pressure.
