Abstract
Aim To develop a method for determining the contents of quercetin in Sijicao capsules.Methods The analytical column was a hypersil ODS2 5 μm(4.6 mm×250 mm).The mobile phase consisted of methano-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(50∶50).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength of quercetin was at 360 nm.Results The calibration curves of quercetin was in good linearity over the range of 2.27~20.44 mg·L-1,and the average recovery was 100.21%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for the drug control.
