Abstract
Aim To establish a determination method for quercetin in quzhuo capsules.Methods A Venusil XBP-C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with the mixture of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid(52∶ 48).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 370 nm.The column temperature was at 30℃.Results The linearity range of quercetin is between 0.051 5 and0.621 1 μg,and the average recovery was 98.3%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and is of good value to control the quality of Quzhuo capsules.
