Abstract
A local virus strain is isolated from some chicken which are suspected being infected with NDV.It is identified as NDV by hemagglutination test, hemagglutination inhibition test, and inoculation of embryos after neutralization using particular sera and challenge with 2-week chicken.Determination on mean death time (MDT) of embrous, intracerebral pathogenicith index(ICPI) and intrveinal pathogenicity index(IVPI) of the isolation is corried out .The results show that the isolated NDV strain is highly virulent pathogenicity.
