Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of platelet parameters:platelet, mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width, plateletcrit and fibrinogen and D-dimer in type 2 diabetic patients with microangiopathy. Methods From May 2010 to May 2011, in Aerospace 731 Hospital, 122 patients with type 2 of diabetic were as diabetic group(65 cases with microangiopathy were as group A, 57 cases without microangiopathy were as group B) and at the same time 110 healthy volunteers were as control group. The platelet parameters and fibrinogen and D-dimer were observed and compared. Results The platelet parameters and fibrinogen and D-dimer in diabetic groups were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). 2 subgroup diabetic group, the of platelet parameters and fibrinogen and D-dimer of group A were significantly higher than those of group B, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The detection of platelet parameters, fibrinogen and D-dimer is conducive to early detection of diabetic microvascular disease, and treat them in advance.
