Psychological Nursing Intervention for the Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Depression Effects

Abstract

Objective To investigate the psychological nursing intervention for the rehabilitation of stroke patients with depression effect and effect.Methods All 70 cases of hospitalized stroke diagnosed depression were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment and care) and intervention group(psychological care).Intervention time for 2 weeks.Observe and compare the two groups of rehabilitation.Results The intervention group was significantly better than control group and HAMD score of the intervention group decreased more significantly than the control group,after 2 weeks intervention,the nursing service,technical operations,health,knowledge of the mission job satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Psychological interventions for stroke patients with depression care is effective,can improve care and satisfaction,should be promoted and applied.
