Effect of Humanistic Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Depression

Abstract

Objective To investigate effect of the humanistic nursing on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with depression.Methods 52 cases of hospitalized stroke diagnosed depression were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment and care) and intervention group(humanistic nursing).Intervention time was 4 weeks.The two groups of rehabilitation were observed and compared.Results HAMD score of the intervention group decreased more significantly than the control group,after 2 weeks intervention.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing for stroke patients with depression care is effective.
