Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Post-stroke Depression

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 180 cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 90 cases in each.Both groups received routine therapy and nursing,and the psychological nursing intervention was added to the observation group.HAMD, BI,and FMA were used to evaluate all the cases of the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the HAMD score was markedly lower in the observation group than in the control group,while the scores of the BI and FMA were much highe(rall P0.01).The rehabilitation efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the depression,raise the everyday life activity and enhance the motor function of the limb in post-stroke depression,thus increasing the rehabilitation effectiveness.
