Vascular endothelial growth factor in breast in vasive ductal carcinoma and its significance

Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the invasive ductal breast carcinoma and analyze their correlations with ER,PR,C-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis.MethodsImmunohistochemistry(SP)method was used to detect 48 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast tissue and other biological indicators of VEGF expression,and clinical and pathological factors for statistical analysis.Results48 cases of invasive ductal breast carcinoma VEGF expression in the positive rate was 81.25%(39/48),the expression of VEGF and the age of patients with ER and PR expression(P0.05),and with breast invasive ductal carcinoma in lymph node metastasis and C-erbB-2 are closely related.ConclusionVEGF may be infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma progress,metastasis and prognosis,as an independent prognostic indicators of determination and the development of treatment programmes to be useful,the joint detection of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 to invasive ductal breast carcinoma prognosis,breast malignancy,invasion and metastasis,such as the biological behavior of reference.
