Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Yinzao Jiangzhi Fang on Hyperlipidemia

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Yinzao Jiangzhi Fang on hyperlipidemia.Methods:60 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into a treatment group(treated by Yinzao Jiangzhi Fang,n=30) and a control group(treated by Xue zhi Kang Capsule,n=30).The therapeutic course was 30 days.Observing the changes of two groups on serum lipid and hemorheology.Results:The total effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and 66.6% in the control group.Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were decreased after treatment in treatment group;the level of triglyceride(TG)in treatment group was higher than that in control group.It was significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Yinzao Jiangzhi Fang was effective and safety on hyperlipidemia.
