Clinical effect of diabetes with hyperlipidemia treated by Jiangzhi decoction

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of diabetes with hyperlipidemia treated by Jiangzhi decoction.Methods 154 Patients of diabetes with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control groups(n=50) were treated by Max EPA.Patients in treatment groups(n=104) were treated by Jiangzhi decoction.The therapeutic course was 3 months in both groups.The effect was evaluated by a course.Result The total effective rate in treatment group(82.69%) was obviously higher than that in control group(62.00%,(P0.01).) There were significant differences on TC,FBG,TG and HDL-C between before and after treatment in the treatment group(P0.01 or(P0.05).) There were only differences on TC between before and after treatment in the control group(P0.05).There were no differences on FBG,TG and HDL-C between before and after treatment in the control group(P0.05).There were no differences on TC,TG and HDL-C between both groups after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhi decoction has a definite effect on diabetes with hyperlipidemia.
