Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Huoxue Jiangzhi fang on hyperlipidemia with blood stasis. Methods 128 cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group(administration of Huoxue Jiangzhi fang,n=68) and control group(administration of Xue zhi Kang Capsule group,n=60).The therapeutic course was one month in two groups.Observing the changes of two groups on serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 89.7% in the treatment group and 72.7% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).TC and TG in treatment group and TC in control group were significantly decreased after treatment. There were significant difference between after treatment and before treatment in both groups(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Jiangzhi fang was effective on hyperlipidemia with blood stasis.
