Curative Observation of Using Self-made Jiangzhi Recipe to Treat Hyperlipidemia with Fatty Liver

Objective: To observe the effect of Self-made Jiangzhi Decoction on treating hyperlipidemia with fatty liver. Methods: 60 patients with hyperlipidemia and fatty liver were divided into 2groups,30 cases in the treatment group,the oral fat reducing party,and the controlled group with 30 cases,with the treatment of simvastatin. 30 days for a course of treatment,using 2courses.The clinical effect,liver biochemical parameters,blood lipid index and B ultrasonic examination were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of the controlled group and the treatment group were73. 3% and 86. 7%,respectively,compared with the controlled group,the treatment group had obvious clinical effect. Compared with the pre-treatment,the LDL,TC,AST,TG and ALT were significantly decreased after the treatment,and the index of the treatment group was significantly decreased compared with the treatment group. B ultrasound examination showed that the treatment of the liver improved significantly after treatment,the effect was better than the controlled group. Conclusion: the Self-made Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with fatty liver have good curative effect.
