Legal thinking has great important significances and values for the legal community,which should be the goal of legal education.As a vital part of legal thinking,the ability of legal negotiation is paid more attention to under the background of modern rule of law,which should also be the ability of law students.We can cultivate the ability of legal negotiation from the form aspect and content aspect.
