On the Development of University Students' Legal Thinking

The legal thinking is the thinking process of problem understanding in accordance with the law,the legal mode is the behavior style of dealing with the issue according to the law embodying the legal thinking. The cultivation of university students' legal thinking concerns not only their own growth and family happiness but also the effect of the legal society constructing, carrying the dream of the rule of law of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the cultivation of university students' legal thinking, the legal concept of the law being supreme should be established and the legal identity should be cultivated; a good environment of rule of law should be created so that the pursuit of justice becomes the greatest consensus; the diversified practice teaching should be carried out to strengthen the training of university students' legal thinking.
