Abstract
The legal thinking is composed of legal thinking form and legal thinking content. The professional legal courses teach the legal thinking content and legal logic teaches legal thinking form. Each has their emphasis, but in raising students’ legal thinking ability, and training students’ legal thinking, legal thinking form and legal thinking content are interdependent. The melting of legal logic teaching into legal thinking content, paying attention to legal thinking form, methods and laws in delivering profession legal courses, promote students’ legal thinking ability, so as to realize the goals of legal education. There are several perspectives in legal logic teaching: teaching both general logic and dialectic logic knowledge to search for the life of law; stressing self-discipline consciousness of logic to arouse students’ attention for the course; and analyzing cases from a legal logic perspective to facilitate students’ study expectations.
