"Legal Method" in Legal Education

Abstract
Legal in legal education means to teach law students how to apply legal norms to decide cases,which has both knowledge and competence elements.With legal method,students are expected to be trained as competent fellows with legal knowledge.Unfortunately,now in China people pay little attention to legal method in legal education,and no effective mechanism has been established to cultivate students' legal talents and competence.Thus,to reinforce legal method in legal education proves to be urgent in present day.
