Abstract

Objective:To develop a method for determination of Curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil.Method: The analysis was performed on a Kromasil-CN column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(32∶68),the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Result: The recovery of curdione was 100.4%,RSD=1.5%,The recoveryof germacrone was 97.8%,RSD=1.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple and repeatable,and it be used for the quantitative analysis of curdione and germacrone in Zedoary turmeric oil.
