Abstract
Objective:To establish the method of determine the content of Curdione,Curcumol and Germacrone in residual Zedoary oil by HPLC.Methods: Kromasil 5μm C18(4.6mm×150mm);mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% phosphoric acid;flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1;detection wavelength 213 nm,236nm;Column temperature: 35℃.Results: Curdione 0.1215~0.6076μg at the scope of a good linear relationship, the average recovery 100.0%,RSD 2.4%;Curcumol 0.5760~2.880μg at the scope of a good linear relationship, the average recovery 99.9%,RSD 2.1%;Germacrone at the scope of 2.014~10.07μg a good linear relationship, the average recovery 100.3%,RSD 2.3%.Conclusion: Different batch of residual zedoary oil composition of three kinds of content not significantly.
