Abstract

Objective To develop a method for determination of Curdione in Zedoary turmeric oil and Glucose Injection.Methods The analysis was performed on a Kromasil -CN column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(32:68),the detection wavelength was 220nm.Results Recovery of Curdione was 98.86%,RSD=2.58%.Conclusion This method is simple and repeatable,and it be used for the quantitative analysis of Curdione in Zedoary turmeric oil and Glucose Injection.
