Mifepristone and Misoprostol Combination Rivanol Trimester Termination of the Clinical Analysis of 300 Cases

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of mifepristone and misoprostol in terminating medium-term pregnancy when combined with rivanol.Methods Three hundred cases of medium-term termination of pregnancy,were injected rivanol into amniotic cavity,and took mifepristone orally and put misoprostol into posterior fornix before uterine contraction(observation group).Over the same period,300 cases induced abortion only by injection of rivanol into amniotic cavity(control group).Birth process,achievement ratio of induced abortion and placental adhesion were compared in two groups.Results The placental delivery time,amount of bleeding and placental adhesion incidence of the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05),but the achievement ratio of induced abortion was higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol with rivanol for termination of medium-term pregnancy can significantly shorten time of induced abortion,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of placenta adhesion.
