Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of mifepristone compatible with misoprostol and rivanol to terminate the medium-term pregnancy. Methods 130 cases of medium-term pregnancy patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were used mifepristone compatible with misoprostol and rivanol;while the control group were used rivanol. To observe the two groups' cervical Bishop score and labor induction effect. Results Cervical Bishop score of the treatment group increased significantly.Compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P 0.05).The treatment group' success rate of labor induction was 100.00 percent. The launch time of induced abortion, the total labor, the placental retention rate, the uterus scrapping and the amount of bleeding were significantly lower than those of the control group(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusion It is one of the effective methods for mifepristone compatible with misoprostol and rivanol to terminate the medium-term pregnancy.
