Discussing about Ordinary University Physical Education Teacher's Resources

Through the analysis of present status about the P.E teaching and P.E teachers in an ordinary university,many methods was put forward under the present situation of the personnel management and teaching management,such as reforming the management way,optimizing and combination,taking the elective teaching,strengthening the self-perfection and the further education etc,in order to optimize P.E.teachers resource in an ordinary university and effectively advance the P.E.teaching level.
