Abstract
As a decisive factor of the teaching quality and academic level of university,teaching staff is the major and the most important resource of university.Considering the actuality of the lack of college teachers,the necessity,particularity and relevant resolving strategy of the optimal allocation of teacher resource in universities were discussed in the article.
