The Practice and Enlightenment of International Financial Regulation Reform after the Global Crisis——A Case Study of U.S. and European Financial Regulatory Reform

This paper analyzes the main logic and characteristics of American and Pan-European financial regulatory reform,revealing the latest progress and trend in the international financial regulation reform.The paper also conclude that China should improve its macro-prudential regulation system,continue to adhere to a comprehensive coverage of regulatory philosophy,promote the coordination in the mechanism and system of financial regulation,optimize the regulation in financial innovation,and expand the areas of financial regulation to financial consumer protection.On the basis of the above,the article points out that China must further push forward its financial regulatory reform,and promote the financial system steadily running.
