Choices of Equal Access to Public Sports Service under the Background Good Governance

By using literature and logical analysis,the paper explains the origin of theory and analyzes the theoretical value of the introduction of good governance to the equal access to public sports service,and finally points out the path to realize good governance,which includes: changing and deepening local governments' functions to realize the transfer of the center of public sports rights from sports administrative departments to the main social bodies,establishing coordination of complementary and multi supply mechanism of public sports services,establishing an effective response mechanism of public sports service and social supervision mechanism,establishing multi performance evaluation mechanism of public sports service,and establishing collaboration mechanism between the government,public services suppliers and other public sectors.
