Theoretical Interpretation and Safeguard Mechanism of Equalization of Public Sports Service

By Literature method,this paper takes the equalization of public sports service as the research subject,discusses its theoretical basis and safeguard mechanism.It suggests that sport is a basic right for human to live and develop in the society,and public sports services should be supplied and ensured by the government.The equalization of public sports service is not only the important part of measuring the harmonious development of the society,but also the key way to promote the sustainable development of the society.Nowadays,in China,there is inequalized public sports service concerning about its content and structure.Inequalization might be shown by the allocation of resources,the consumption level of service,and duality of the service system and inequalized interests.In order to realize equalization of public sports service,institutional safeguard mechanism shall increase the proportion of financial investment in public sports services,rationally allocate of duties and rights,build financial input equalization and security mechanism,improve the production and supply system of public sports service.
