Analysis to the Route of Realizing the Public Sports Service Function of Government

By using of the method of literature,logical analysis etc,the author defines the conception of public sports service function of government,and analyses current situation to which extent governments have fulfilled their function of public sports service,and confronting problems.Meanwhile,the author has diged out that the reason why the function of government sports service is barely to be fulfilled is the offside,vacancy and malposition caused by the lagging of governments' system.According to this current situation and problems,the author investigates deeply of how to fulfill the function of public sports service for governments in view of theories of limited government,new public management and new public service and then makes a conclusion that the way to accomplish governments' pubic service function is to reform system and mechanism of public sports service,perfect public sports service setup and make innovations on public sports service mode of manifold supply system.
