Study on Ecological Compensation Absence in Land Requisition and its Solutions

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to establish a reasonable,absolute and legitimate mechanism of ecological compensation in land requisition.Method of academic analysis was employed.The results show the compensation should include both the asset value and the ecological value of land as well in land requisition.The problems in current compensation mechanism are related to the absence of ecological compensation.The compensation system in land requisition should be improved in the aspects of concepts,institution and methods.
