Research on Ecological Compensation Mechanism of China’s Land Requisition

Because of the land’s feature as resource,with the process of land requisition,the changes in land-use,ecological environmental factors and environmental-rights-protection necessarily happen.The vacancy of ecological compensation mechanism affect the environmental benefits of the people whose land has been taken.Establishment of ecological compensation mechanism is necessary.During the process of establishing long-term ecological compensation mechanism on land requisition,the principles of fairness,justice,efficiency,fully compensated,should been carried out from beginning to end.And institutionalized design could be taken to solve the environmental benefits of landless damaged,so as to regulate people’s acts of ecological environmental protection.
