Abstract

Land requisition compensation is a focal problem relevant to land management,and also a keystone of land requisition system innovation.Beginning with the connotation of difference of land production functions,this paper evaluates the current land system of requisition compensation of China,analyzes the necessity of taking into account the difference of land production functions in the improvement of land requisition compensation,and presents some suggestions.
