Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the male infertility and chromosomal abnormalities. Methods: By January 2009- December 2012 to our hospital out-patient examination of 864 cases of male infertility patients with chromosome karyotype analysis. Results: 864 cases of infertile male patients, the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities was 12. 0%( 104 /864),including sex chromosomal abnormalities was 4. 5%( 39 /864),autosomal abnormality( 7. 5%)( 65 /864). Conclusions: Chromosome abnormality is an important factor in infertility. Therefore,in essence, the weak abnormal less and aspermia patients with infertility, chromosome karyotype analysis is very necessary.
