Considering Heilongjiang Enterprises Involved in the Eoconomic,Trade and Technical Co operation wtih Russians in Terms of the Import-export Goods Structure

Through analysis of the goods structure of Heilongjiang's trade with Russia,we can see some deep-level problems in the economic cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia,i.e.the productive-type enterprises——the backbone enterprises which have a great influence upon the whole province's economy——have not or hardly joined the cooperation.As a result,the trade with Russia has no obvious affection on Heilongjiang economic development.For changing the situation,the businesses of the province should be given a support and a guide to take part in the cooperattion.
