Abstract
In recent years,Heilongjiang's proportion in the Sino-Russia trade is declining continually so that the geographic advantage is lost gradually.In 2011,judging from the trading number between Heilongjiang and Russia,the trade has grown sharply.But judging from the contents and forms in trading,there are still lots of questions and shortcomings in the trade between Heilongjiang and Russia.Heilongjiang and Russia Far East are traditional trade partners.Now,Heilongjiang is facing the challenges from Japan,Korea and other provinces in China,which become more and more serious.In the cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia,how to further explore its potential and how to bring its advantages into play become the top issue.
