Problems in Heilongjiang Economic Cooperation with Russians and Thinking on Its Development

At present,Heilongjiang province's economic cooperation with Russia is at its best in history.The export and import volumes of Heilongjiang's trade with Russia in 2006 is $ 6 690 000 000,increasing almost five times that of 2000.But the cooperative level and scope are far away from the requirement of the heads of the two countries,the cooperative potential hasn't come out to the full,there are still some contradictions and problems to be pressingly solved.
